A timeline from Adam through Noah and the flood if anyone is interested and wishes to add.

This study will not attempt to find the age of the planet, or of the amount of time Adam and Eve spent in Eden. It starts with Adam's creation. Scale used is AAC, After Adam's Creation.

1. Adam is created in 0 AAC (Genesis 5:2).
2. Seth is born in 130 AAC (0+130, Genesis 5:1-3). This places the births of Cain and Abel pre-130 AAC.
Adam dies in 930 AAC (Genesis 5:5).
3. Enos is born to Seth in 235 AAC (130+105, Genesis 5:6).
Seth dies in 1042 AAC (130+912) at the age 912 (Genesis 5:6-8). Within this 807 year period Seth has "sons and daughters".
4. Cainan is born to Enos in 325 AAC (235+90, Genesis 5:9).
Enos dies in 1140 AAC (235+905) AAC at the age of 905 (Genesis 5:11).
5. Mahalaleel is born to Cainan in 395 AAC (325+70, Genesis 5:12).
Cainan dies in 1235 AAC (325+910, Genesis 5:14).
6. Jared is born to Mahalaleel in 460 AAC (395+65, Genesis 5:15).
Mahalaleel dies in 1290 AAC (395+895, Genesis 5:17).
7. Enoch is born to Jared in 622 AAC (460+162, Genesis 5:18).
Jared dies in 1422 AAC (460+962, Genesis 5:20).
8. Methuselah is born to Enoch in 687 AAC (622+65, Genesis 5:21).
Enoch is 365 years old before God "takes him" in 987 AAC (622+365). (why?)
9. Lamech is born to Methuselah in 874 AAC (687+187, Genesis 5:25).
Methuselah dies in 1656 AAC (687+969, Genesis 5:27).
10. Noah is born to Lamech in 1056 AAC (874+182, Genesis 5:28-29).
Lamech dies in 1651 AAC (874+777).
11. Shem, Ham and Japheth are born to Noah in and after 1556 AAC (1056+500, Genesis 5:30).
THE FLOOD is on the earth in 1656 AAC (Genesis 7:6) when Noah is 600 years old and his eldest son would have been 100 years old.
