Interesting, I wonder what the patents are.
This would seem to indicate to me that Apple is getting scared by Android phones.

I guess some are arguing that some of the patents are way to broad, and shouldn't have been granted in the first place

Some of those patents do seem really broad... I imagine they're just using every one possible and seeing what sticks.

Apple is pretty much just being a dick, from what I can tell. I don't think they have serious concerns about people stealing their original work, which is what patents are really for.
