Site op here. I'm planning a minor redesign for m.essag.es, so now's the time to share your loves and hates.
Suggestions for new features are also welcome.

More Styles, CSS Boarders, Maybe custom CSS options. Search feature?

search is good, I vaguely remember some thing about password protected threads or some such, so if those do exist (which I honestly don't see the point as we are already anonymous :P) maybe there should be an easy/obvious way to get to them (well assuming there isn't already)

@1570 Encrypted threads are available under [New Thread] and checking the "Encrypted Thread" check box... they aren't indexed because they're encrypted.
I think there has been some confusion about them, so I'll try to address that. Encrypted threads are designed for trusted parties (you and your friends) to hold private conversations without any special software. If you use a quality key your discussions will be private even from people with access to the server (myself, the government if they subpoena, etc).

I'm thinking about adding user accounts, which would NOT be tied to posts, but would allow users to bookmark regular & encrypted threads to more easily see updates.
These accounts would consist of a username and password, and an _optional_ email address. They would expire after long periods of inactivity. The email address would be used only if a user requests to be notified of replies to subscribed threads (possibly encrypted threads only).
Thoughts?

Sounds good, especially if the email address is optional.
